1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after confirmation and receipt of deposit.
- Standard production time: 20–30 days
- Customized orders may require additional time depending on design and quantity
Production timelines will be confirmed in the official quotation.
2. Shipping Methods
We support multiple international shipping methods based on your needs:
- Sea Freight (FCL / LCL) – most cost-effective for bulk orders
- Air Freight – faster delivery for urgent orders
- Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) – suitable for samples or small shipments
We will recommend the best shipping solution based on your order volume, destination, and timeline.
3. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
We support standard international trade terms:
- EXW (Ex Works)
- FOB (Free On Board)
- CFR (Cost and Freight)
- CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Shipping terms will be agreed upon before order confirmation.

- Air freight: 5–10 days

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer
- We can assist with shipping documents and declarations if required
- DDP terms can be arranged for selected countries
7. Order Tracking
- Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is dispatched
- For express shipments, tracking can be checked online
- For sea freight, updates will be provided through our sales team or freight forwarder
8. Packaging
All products are securely packed to ensure safe transportation:
- Standard export cartons
- Protective inner packaging (OPP bags, etc.)
- Custom packaging available upon request
9. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Shipping carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Force majeure events
However, we will assist in tracking and resolving issues whenever possible.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos or supporting evidence
- We will assist in filing claims with the shipping carrier
