2. What is your MOQ? Do you accept small trial orders?

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies depending on the product model.

  • Standard products:
    • Bamboo plates: 10,000 pcs
    • Bamboo cutlery: 10,000 pcs

We also support:

  • Sample orders
  • Trial orders
  • Small batch test orders

This allows our clients to evaluate product quality before large-scale purchasing.

3. Can I get samples? Are they free? How long does it take?

Yes, we provide samples for quality evaluation.

  • Standard products:
    • Up to 5 pieces are free
    • Courier cost is borne by the customer
    • Ready within 3 days
  • Customized products:
    • Sample cost will be charged
    • Fully refundable after bulk order confirmation (subject to order quantity)
    • Production time: 7–10 working days

4. What is your delivery time?

Our standard production lead time is:

20–30 days after receiving the deposit, depending on order quantity and customization requirements.

5. What trade terms do you support?

We support a wide range of international trade terms, including:

EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP

We can recommend the most suitable shipping solution based on your location and order size.

6. What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are:

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)

  • 30% deposit in advance
  • 70% balance before shipment
